Services
Carolina Business Advantage provides business consulting, setup, technology, shipping, bookkeeping, operations, and related support services as described on this website. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal or scope of work agreed to before work begins.
No regulated services
We do not provide tax preparation, audits, CPA services, regulated financial advice, or regulated brokerage services unless properly authorized. Where such services are needed, we refer you to qualified, licensed professionals.
Quotes and pricing
Any quote or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time. Pricing is tied to the agreed scope of work. Changes to the scope may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and agreed before additional work is performed.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific business results, savings, or outcomes. Recommendations and work are provided in good faith based on our experience, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access where needed, and prompt decisions so work can proceed. Delays or changes in information may affect timelines and scope.
Intellectual property
Deliverables created for your project are transferred to you upon completion and payment, except for tools, templates, or methods we developed independently and continue to use across our practice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
